1. Our standard cancellation policy is 7 days before the arrival date at the hotel, applicable only to the best available rates. 

2. All the bookings made using website-exclusive offers, discounts, and promo codes are non-cancelable and non-refundable. However, in special cases, a one-time amendment can be done. In a general scenario, a 100 percent cancellation charge will be applicable.

3. If case of a non-refundable booking, our guests can request a date change once. This date change may incur an extra charge based on the ongoing tariff of the property. 

4. In case of a no-show or cancellation is done after the expiration of the 7th day of arrival on the Best Available Rate, full retention will be charged.

5. All the bookings made during the long weekends, city sold-out, and black-out periods such as festivals, Christmas & New Year period (20th December – 3rd January) are non-refundable and non-amendable. Mandatory Gala Dinner charges are applicable during New Year.
